Questions, answered

How much does PGYatra cost?
Your first month is completely free. After that it's ₹499/month, billed through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime; records are retained for a reasonable reactivation period in line with our Privacy Policy.
Does PGYatra collect rent from my tenants?
No. PGYatra never processes, settles or holds tenant rent, and it does not collect tenant UPI IDs. You collect rent your own way; PGYatra keeps the records, sends reminders and shows the reports.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
PGYatra opens WhatsApp with a friendly message addressed to that tenant and ready for you to send. It goes from your own WhatsApp number, so the reminder always comes from you.
Can I manage more than one PG?
Yes. Run as many properties as you like from a single login and switch between them instantly. Each PG has its own tenants, rooms, rent register and analytics.
Can tenants join or complain online?
Yes. Share a public joining link and review new tenant requests inside the app. A public complaint form lets tenants raise issues that you can track from Open to Resolved.
Which devices is PGYatra available on?
PGYatra is a mobile app for Android and iPhone, Tenant joining and complaint forms open in any browser via a shareable link.
